Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value, for the destinations available at checkout. Availability is confirmed when you enter your delivery address. Free shipping does not by itself waive any import duties or taxes.

Please check the recipient name, delivery address and contact details before placing your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We provide the available shipping service, charge and applicable delivery estimate before you complete a purchase. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly described as guaranteed.

If a parcel is lost, damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required for your order.
